With 30 years of experience within the construction industry, I have developed an in-depth knowledge of both construction management and residential development strategy. This is embedded in the company ethos which can be reflected in the management practices and procedures that
are adopted and implemented.

 

With a firm understanding that the development industry has many associated risks, we will always assess each and every risk involved with each Total Homes and Developments project to ensure that all stakeholders' interests are protected and delivered upon. This has allowed Total Homes and Developments to remain on site throughout the recent financial crisis and thoroughly prepared to maximise returns now that the housing market has returned to the pre-crisis buoyant state.
