Total Homes negotiated a subject to planning agreement with the existing owner of a scaffold yard and warehouses and then obtained planning for 34 apartments and c4,000 sqft of commercial premises over lower ground and ground floor levels. The scheme has now been built out and is occupied by Optivo Housing Association.
